I don't understand that or know how to fix it. So I'm guessing my money is floating around out there some where if it's not reaching my casino account and it's no longer in my bank account. I get email confirmation that the money was sent to my casino account and my bank statement shows that the money is no longer in my bank account ,so I don't know where the money is going if it's not being sent to the casino.
My bank couldn't send money that's not there. I use my bank debit card to deposit and I was told maybe there's no money in my bank account and I owe money to the casino.
